This project comprised of 4 new apartment towers, ranging in height from 5 to 9 stories with a total of 390 units.

ASAT completed all apartment TV and DATA wiring, installed an integrated fibre backbone for the precinct as well as AV, Speaker and Wi-Fi wiring for the communal areas of the precinct.

This project comprised of 8 new apartment towers, ranging in height from 5 to 9 stories with a total of 437 units, A Coles supermarket with an adjacent Liquor land venue.

Melbourne Square is a A$2.8 billion building complex of residential, hotel and commercial towers in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria. The complex will be constructed in five stages, with an estimated completion in 2027.
Stage one of the development included Tower 1 & 2 being residential apartments. ASAT installed an integrated fibre backbone into the two towers linking all building services on the one network.

Richmond Quarter Project is located at 271 Bridge Rd Richmond and is a mixed-use Retail, Commercial, and Build-to-Rent Development.

The project consists of a Single level basement and podium level car parking, 7400m2 of Ground floor retail, 3100m2 of Commercial office, and 360 apartments across five buildings.

The Retail precinct includes a Coles supermarket, Vintage Cellars, and Specialty food and beverage retailers.

ASAT installed a complete Master Antenna and Satellite Television system into the complex utilising an integrated fibre optic distribution system that links all five buildings.

The Victoria University West Precinct Tower (VU CWP) project is a significant high-rise development located at 364-378 Little Lonsdale Street, in the Melbourne CBD.

The development consists of a multi-storey Grade A commercial office building in accordance with the Property Council of Australia’s (PCA) “A Guide to Office Building Quality 2012”, with Victoria University’s academic and office staff occupying the entire building.

ASAT installed a complete SMATV backbone system servicing the entire tower.

The QVM Munro East project includes a 40-story apartment tower with the first five stories being occupied by a 5--star hotel operator.

The residential tower totals 483 apartments and is located adjacent to the popular heritage Queen Victoria Market.

ASAT Installed complete MATV, Data, and Optic fibre systems into the complex, being involved from the early stages of design and development, and following the project to successful completion at the end of 2022.
